Awards Day! 🏆

Parents we are so very excited to celebrate your child with you at Awards Day ceremonies on Tuesday.  Just a few reminders and housekeeping items....all awards day programs will be held at the Cottondale High School gym.  You can enter directly through the front doors of the gym.  Only students that are present at CES and ride the bus to the gym will be able to participate in Awards Day.  If you would like to check your child out after awards day then we will need you to sign them out from the elementary school.  We will not be allowing students to leave directly from the gym with parents.  If you are planning to check your child out upon their return to CES, please let your child's teacher know in advance so they can have them ready as soon as possible.  Parents and guests will sit in the bleachers.  Chairs are reserved for students and faculty.  Please be respectful when taking pictures and do not approach the presentation area during the ceremony.  We have allotted ample time for recognitions and pictures before the start of the next ceremony.  However, please be mindful that parents for the following ceremony will be arriving and need parking and seating.  We are grateful and very appreciative that CHS has allowed us to use their gym, please keep the bleachers and bathrooms clean as you visit the facilities.  We look forward to seeing you Tuesday!
